Leading RSMS Architects as a Founding Partner, Rohit brings over 16 years of experience. Since 1997 he has been involved in establishing, organizing & operating the organization that can deliver projects nationally and internationally. He has worked significantly on the interface between designers and construction documentation team to reduce conflicts during construction and thus reduce cost. His current responsibility includes Business Development, Financial Management & Projects.
He has also been successfully heading projects across multiple geographical locations. Rohit has an expertise in Management, Planning, Designing, Building Codes and Construction system as practiced in North America & India.

For the last 9 years, he has developed wide experience in International work and focused on construction technology as practiced in US and building code knowledge. With his strong management skills & experience as a team leader, his colleagues admire him for his knowledge and understanding of the process.

Manu Malhotra – Founder Partner

Leading RSMS Architects Healthcare division & Construction Documentation Division, Manu Malhotra brings over 10 years of experience in business development, design development, project management and programming in Healthcare. With a dedicated experience of 7 years for working on projects in North America. His knowledge of current market trends and focus on Construction Technology (as practiced in North America), understanding of Codes is complemented by his focus on efficiency in design. Manu has a proven track record of creating projects focused on unique and inviting user experience. Manu is responsible for directing the firm's Strategic, Financial and Operational activities.
Without reinventing the wheel, he believes in constantly refining the Work Process (process optimization) and never repeating an error. In this role, he provides vision and leadership, and he challenges teams to be efficient and produce the very best at all levels within the practice. Quality and Time are essence and backbones of his continuous success.
He has been featured in Design publications (in premier Architectural Journals) and is recipient of B.V. Doshi Gold Medal for “Excellence in Design”. He has also been felicitated by Architects and Engineers Association, Pune and Nasik in India for his exceptional achievements and contributions (academic and NASA).

Leading RSMS Architects Indian Operations, Ardaman brings over 19 years of experience. As associate of reputed consultancy firms, he has handled wide variety of projects like Hotels, Resorts, Computer Center, Housings and Office buildings.
Over the last 10 years, he has been into practice with a focus on providing the client a single source responsibility for the overall project and has headed projects like Commercial Buildings, Group Housings, SEZ’s, Hospitals, Film Studios, Industrial, Residential and Interior projects.
Ardaman’s wealth of experience in working with complex programs, difficult sites and cumbersome municipalities, is a key to his ongoing successes.
He has worked significantly on the interface between Designers and Regulatory agencies, which reduces conflicts during sanctions, construction and occupancy.
