Manu Malhotra is one of the founding principals of RSMS Architects. He is the director of the
healthcare division. Manu has devoted his 17 years of professional life to healthcare architecture
and understands the functioning of hospitals not only as an architect but also as a healthcare
facility administrator. Having designed several medical facilities in India he understands
the emotional behaviour of the in-patient and how spatial design can alter their state
of mind. He uses the aesthetic appearance of the hospitals as a way to sooth the discomfort
of any in-patient. He is also a recipient of B.V.Doshi Gold Medal for Excellence in Design.
